When a group of animal rescuers from Paw Squadron heard about an abandoned puppy, they knew they had to act fast. The puppy had been abandoned alongside a river with a very strong current  and was in danger of being swept away. 

The rescuers travelled 100 kilometres to the scene, and were relieved to find the shivering puppy safe and sound. They brought him back to the veterinary, where he received medical care. Thanks to the quick thinking and bravery of the rescuers, this pup was saved from a potentially dangerous fate.
